Alex was always available for communication. We had an issue with the digital lock late at night, but Alex promptly sent someone to manually unlock the door. The apartment has enough beds for six people. However, it lacks a hall, and the only place to sit is at the kitchen dining table, which is a bit cramped for six people. There are some aspects of the apartment that could be improved. Additionally, the entrance of the building has a very unpleasant smell, likely from smoke, which is outside of Alex's control but still leaves not a good impression.

Die Kommunikation mit Alex&Bea war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Bei Problemen waren sie gut erreichbar und haben schnell reagiert. Sie haben hilfreiche Anweisungen für die Türöffnung im voraus mitgeteilt. Leider hat aber die Öffnung der Wohnungstüre nicht geklappt (Haupteingang ging problemlos) so dass wir nachts um 23Uhr (sind erst dann angekommen) anrufen mussten. Alex hat uns dann jemand vorbeigeschickt und war hilfsbereit, ärgerlich war es trotzdem. Zudem hat die eine Toiletenspülung nicjt gut funktioniert. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war schmutzig und ebenfalls defekt. Die Wohnung war recht staubig/schmutzig (in verschiedenen Ecken/Nischen); schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Clear and responsive hosts, well-looked after and clean place, only a minute's walk from a train station leading to the Basel city center. Only good things to say about this place; definitely worth the price!
