The property is on the ski resort shuttle. Property was clean and well equipped. It suited our party of 10, 2 families very well. The host team did not provide door code for check in and was unresponsive for over 6 hours ( 2 pm - 8 pm) on day of check in. Within 10 min of Air BNB corporate allowing a cancellation with full refund, host team contacted us and we gained access to the property. After check in we had quick responses from host team. Everything was fine after check in but being 3 hours from home, 2 families and 6 kids and no lodging on a holiday weekend…it caused undue stress to start our stay as we scrambled to come up with a late night plan B. Other than the check in problem, everything was as advertised.

We loved our weekend stay! Everything was perfect. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The shuttle ran every 5-10 minutes and it was easy to get from the house to the lodge. We were even offered an early check-in, though we couldn't make it to Seven Springs earlier. We are already talking about another stay next year with friends! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!
