I stayed here with a group of friends over Labor Day weekend and it was an absolute blast. The house was so perfect with a stunning view (and even got to catch the fireworks view across from the chateu on the lake). The house was also close to a couple wineries that we visited and the Chateu for a spa day. This place will be first on my list for any trip back to Branson. Thanks so much!

Beautiful home, beautiful location. Would have expected way cleaner and the hot tub to be cleaned. Would expect when paying a pool fee that the pool would be able to be used. You could tell someone just left due to finding energy drinks and trash randomly throughout the property. They communicate well but for the price I paid I would have expected this to be clean and ready to enter when I arrive. Had to call twice to have door code reset being the home wouldn’t let us in because code was not changed. None of the sliding doors lock making it a safety issue to leave things behind. I have rented with rentbranson several times before but this was a true disappointment. This home has a beautiful view but was not worth the investment $200 pool fee for a pool that could not be used!

Starting with negatives first. The washer never actually completes the cycle & the dishwasher takes around 3 hours to finish. There is a second dishwasher in the basement so that was an huge benefit. The next issue we had was the karaoke machine. There was no cord for the speaker and the microphone was dead. We lost out on the first night for any ability to sing with our awful voices in shame…in front of the family. However, the issue was resolved the next day. Only one of the bedrooms had an en suite. *The positives* Any issues and Rent Branson is on it! We called for service & maintenance man was there within an hour. You can’t get any better. The host was very responsive and never ignored any questions. The view was simply breathtaking, never gets old. The large table had many people eating & laughing together. Basement kitchen was a huge bonus. Hot tub was hot- it was great. We used the grill and had enough propane to cook 15 burgers. You are only 5-10 min away from anything fun

Overall the property was in good shape. We found food in the microwave that was molded but house keeping ran over and fixed it. The pool was very cold due to the heater not working. But the view of the lake every morning is breath taking. The house had lots of room for our large family and it was trip we will all remember.
