Loved this place! This is our third house we stayed in on the Fort and this was by far the number one pick. The home is inviting, cozy, colorful, charming and loads of character. There is a TV in every room, internet connection works very well, we had no issue. The kitchen had all the necessary utilities, dishes, pots and pans and a dual coffee pot for grounds and pods. Everything was clean and organized. The accent lamps all over provided a very cozy environment. The owner was friendly and accommodating and he even let us stay an extra day with very little advance notice. Thank you for opening your home to those of us that love staying at Airbnb’s.

A lovely hacienda in a quiet sub-unit of a historic former fort. Lots of wildlife (we logged 18 new species of birds), and the house is filled with lots of quaint and adorable elements. Doyle was very friendly, always prompt in his communication and very helpful throughout. We stayed here to catch the eclipse, and we were able to watch from the rocking chairs on his front porch. But this house is worth a stay on its own!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and felt like home. My daughter was so excited to ride one of the two bikes provided. The outdoor patio/porch area and the creek right in the back (or front?) yard were so perfect for reading, and my wife spent each night reading to my daughter in each spot. Doyle was very responsive, friendly and helpful. He’s a perfect host from our perspective.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Doyle and his beautiful home! Everything was clean, very functional, and extremely cozy. The laundry and bedding linens were fresh, high quality, and meticulously clean. The home was thoughtfully stocked with items like kitchen cookware, and outdoor grill, and even bikes for riding through the trails. The home is situated only yards away from the Las Moras Creek where you can sit and enjoy the view of water and wildlife. We enjoyed the quiet and serene area. We will definitely be making plans to go back! We can’t thank Doyle enough for offering this cozy and eclectic home for others to enjoy!
