Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock eines etwas älteren Apartmentgebäudes im nördlichen Stadteil von Agadir direkt an der Uferstrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit erheblichem Aufwand sowohl vom Design (z.B. abghängte Decke mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung) als auch von den Materialen auf einen absolut neu- und hochwertigen Stand gebracht worden. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Doppelbetten, jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad und mit jeweils separater eigener Toilette. Marmorböden und Fliesen. Hochwertige Einbauschschränke und eine sehr schöne funktionale Küche mit Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffekapselautomat etc. - ebenso ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Im Apartmenthaus selbst war es absolut ruhig, d.h. keine Geräusche von Nachbarn etc. Die kleine zur Wohnung gehörende Dachterasse mit Markise und Loungemöbeln bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf die komplette Bucht. In 400 Metern Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für den täglichen Einkauf. Uneingeschränkt zu empehlen.

mooi appartement met zeer mooie uitzicht, je kan zo wandelen naar het strand. Schoon en ruime kamers Mooi uitzicht vanaf woonkamer en balkon. Er rijden wel veel autos en motors langs is wel veel lawaai ervan maar dat was niet erg voor ons. Voor de rest alles was helemaal goed. Als we weer in agadir zijn boek ik dit appartement zeker weer. En tot slot super Host bedankt Nadia!

So what can I say about this place? It’s so true to the posting I was blown away. Beautiful view and the decor looks even better in person. It’s also very spacious and centrally located. If you want to take a walk on the Marina with the family you can. But if you want nightclubs, bars and a party atmosphere that’s all within walking distance. Cable cars are too. Finally, a 10-15 minute car ride will take you into another part of the city with even more restaurants and places to shop. It was my first time going to Morocco and I went solo. Nadia is super responsive and helpful and the experience was much better because of her, thank you!

Cleanliness was very important for me and the apartment was clean as described. Amazing views, great location close to the beach, marina and cafes etc. Hot water also. Nadia also arranged my taxi from the airport saving me a lot of headache and the driver charged a fair price. In Sha Allah will return one day.
