Мы очень довольны данным жильем. Очень хорошее расположение. В доме есть все бытовые вещи. Соня очень доброжелательный, вежливый и отзывчивый хозяин, мы очень благодарны ей за все. Обязательно вернемся сюда в следующий раз.

We absolutely loved Sonia’s place. Its beautiful, modern, clean and it felt great to spend time in it. The house actually looks better than the pictures in my opinion. Every time I had a question, Sonia immediately answered. My mom had a health issue and Sonia provided all the hospital information I would need in case of an emergency which put me in much ease. She also recommended a private cab driver (Mr. Mithat) who was fantastic, very polite and always on time. The only issue we had was the address of house that the other cab drivers were not able to find the house. Apparently the house had 2 different addresses! Also the house is located in Ilica which is not easily accessible by bus (half an hour walk to get to a bus station), so having a taxi number handy is essential. Other than the address issue, We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it. Thank you Sonia, we hope to come there again and stay in your lovely house 🙏

Die Unterkunft von Sonia ist so schön, wie sie beschrieben worden ist. Das Haus ist modern und schön gestaltet. Wir hatten aber Pech, dass wir in der Küche eine Ameiseninvasion hatten.. Die ersten drei Tage konnten wir die Küche nicht nutzen. dies war sehr ärgerlich und trug nicht zu einem erfreulichen Urlaubsbeginn bei. Die Gastgeberin Sonia hat schnell Hilfe angeboten und auch Hilfe kommen lassen. Die Küche wurde ausgeräuchert. Trotzdem waren die ersten drei Tage nicht so angenehm. Leider kam uns Sonia bis auf die angebotene Hilfe preislich nicht entgegen. Wir haben zumindest einen Rabatt erwartet. Da kam aber gar nichts. Sonia bot uns an, die Rechnungen für Frühstück und Mittagessen zu begleichen. Das fanden wir nicht besonders großzügig.

The Villa is located in a quite/ premium area of Ilica and very close to main attraction points. Comfortable beds, super quality furniture, towels and sheets. Spending time in the pool area at sunset was really enjoyable. Mrs Sonia, owner of the property, was responsive to all of our queries and was a caring host. I highly recommend this place as a host managing two properties on Airbnb. We have had a smooth communication during our stay and thanks to the guidance shared before our check-in, which made things easier for us. I will definitely book this place again 🙏 🙋🏻
