The facility sits in a quiet neighbourhood, behind mediheal hospital and neighbouring the monumental hyrax flora hill and museum, Shah Lalji Nangpar academy, hyrax police post and Blankets estate. A close eatery in the neighbourhood is Fika and Feast, known for its amazing Rwanda cuisine and beautiful gardens.

The facility is located at Hyrax Flora Apartments, at about 3 minutes drive off the Nakuru - Nairobi highway and situated behind Medi-heal hospital. While driving, turn off from the Nakuru-Nairobi highway at Jalaram Medical Centre near the Hindu Temple, and use the service lane approaching Medi heal hospital. Take the left turn just before the hospital and drive toward the Hyrax Police Post where you will take a right turn and drive along the road, to a second immediate right turn. Follow the bending road all the way to Hyrax Flora apartments. There is ample parking within the facility and on entry to the premises, a security guard shall allocate you appropriate parking space.
