Really enjoyed our two night stay at the Annex. We were walking the south west coastal path and it was the perfect base for us. The annex had everything we needed - the full kitchen was great, as well as a comfortable sofa to relax and watch tv at the end of the day. It was spotlessly clean and really welcoming. Not far from Holywell bay beach where we enjoyed a swim on our first night. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely stay. Clean and spacious, with everything you would need. 30 minute bus ride to Newquay which was ideal if you didn't want to drive in. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely book again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights. It had everything we needed, really nicely done and extremely clean. Good location only 5 mins drive from Holywell bay and about 15 mins from Newquay. Really recommend this bnb

Fabulous. Felt immediately at home and relaxed in the Annex. High spec and clean. Location great. Will return again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
