Pros - lovely pool, very quiet and remote location, outdoor coal bbq, very spacious, two kitchens, lovely and friendly host staff, easy check in and check out. Cons - lots of extremely noisy dogs, you need a car as walking to the nearest food place takes 45 minutes, the villa is poorly maintained and needs an update, the next door villa is abandoned which is a bit of an eye sore (and doesn’t appear as it does in the pictures), the internal fireplace was covered in cardboard and tape, washing machine is a bit dodgy, only one set of keys is provided to a large group. There is also a cockerel next door which is very noisy!

The benefits: - Good floor plan if you’re travelling with 2 families or with grandparents, as 2 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 downstairs. - The pool is large and surrounded by a well-maintained garden. - The balcony is large enough to eat outside - The area is very quiet at night. - While there is no sea view etc., you are almost equally close to the west and the eastern coast, so can quite easily explore both sides of Corfu. Downsides: - The furnishings felt really cheap. - The sun umbrellas are so flimsy they fly away all the time (a bit dangerous with toddlers) - There is no separate hallway, you will basically end up with lots of shoes lying around right next to the kitchen. - The A/C is quite dated, and in one of the rooms was quite noisy after 2-3 hours and eventually broke down with a loud bang during our last night - The shower head in one bathroom was leaking, spraying water all over the bathroom - Kitchen had 2 cups (for 8 people) and very limited kitchenware overall

In generale il soggiorno è stato piacevole. L'host si è sempre reso molto disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta. La casa è piuttosto pulita, salvo per la piscina che di notte si riempie di insetti attirati dalla luce. Presente il retino per pulire la piscina. Descrizione non molto chiara sul numero di bagni disponibili, sono solo 2 (nella descrizione era segnalato da una parte 2 bagni e dall'altra 4). Non ci sono molte attività vicine, necessaria un'auto per spostarsi. Comunque, consigliamo! Esperienza positiva.

Incredible location and the house was fantastic. Perfect for families or groups of people. The house was clean and the area quiet. Easy to find and the communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for everything, would recommend! 5/5
