The house is very nice and spacious. It’s a great size for a small group of people or family. Lalichat communicated very well with us throughout our stay and quickly solved a few issues we had. There was poor connection with the Wi-Fi, so she delivered a Wi-Fi booster the day after we told her. The beds are typical Thai beds, meaning they are extremely firm compared to beds in the U.S. We requested extra pillows to help, and again she delivered the next day. Other things to note that weren’t a problem for us, but I feel should be shared: the hot water heater only works in one bathroom, however if you wait until the end of the day to shower the water is much warmer and we felt it didn’t require the heater. Also the controls for the air conditioning in one room do not work. You can turn it on and off, but cannot adjust the temperature. Overall, these were things we noticed, but did not cause a problem for us. We will most likely stay here again next time we’re in Phitsanoluk.

Lalichat and her mother made us feel welcome like family. warm and friendly. they met us at at the home and showed us around. The refrigerator was full of water for us to consume. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are comfortable (not the rock hard beds) In the morning there's a breeze that flow throughout the house when you open up the windows and doors. Big bonus points all windows and doors have screens. The directions to the property were easy to follow. There's a mini C and mini Lotus before you make the turn into the community. We noticed many eateries open in the of evening. We enjoyed staying at their home and look forward to staying there again the next time we're in Phitsanulok
