For convenience, there's a local shop/cafe and 15th century pub just a short stroll from your front door. The beaches at Aberdyfi and Ynyslas are around a 30 minute drive west, with the dramatic scenery and mountains of Snowdonia National Park just a short drive north. The nearest town, Machynlleth is a wonderful spot for lunch, with a selection of cafes and pubs as well as independent shops and galleries.
