房间非常大，位置还可以，离超市、车站、步行街都不算远。
整个房间非常宽敞，同时设施一应俱全，非常方便。因为自己行程的原因虽然没有见到房东，但是房东十分热情周到，该交代的事情都很亲切的传达给我。 房子是传统日式的非常有韵味，地理位置也很好，距离道后温泉大概五分钟，周围有便利店等等很方便。自己是一个人住感觉非常的宽敞，强烈推荐和家人朋友入住。
1、位置好。房源离道后温泉电车站大约有15分钟脚程，道后温泉电车站距离JR松山站有约30分钟电车车程。从道后温泉电车站到房源会路过道后温泉和道后温泉商店街，所以可以说是闹中取静。房源周围有两家便利店，晚上总是会带些零食回去。 2、房间舒适。租赁的范围是一整套房屋，对于4人来说非常舒适，可分别住在两间和式房间，厨房中有一张大餐桌，平时可以在这边用餐聊天，很惬意，就像在自己家里生活。房东有提供炊具、微波炉、烤箱，但我都没有用，所以关于这部分不做评价。 3、房东热情。房东特地在道后温泉站等我们，很认真地给我们介绍周边环境和生活设施，在谈话中可以听出他非常期待大家去爱媛县玩，也非常欢迎大家。
首先、典型的日式住宅,房屋的现代化程度和内饰令人非常满意。房间总体上很整洁,宽敞的室内面积对于家庭入住十分适宜,周围社区相当安静,非常适合休息。 其次、位置很理想,后门既是松山神社入口,步行五分钟有两家便利店和一家小型超级市场,再走三分钟就可以进入道后温泉商店街,购买伴手礼相当便利。商店街的其他出口分别正对道后温泉和道后温泉车站,可以方便地搭乘电车、少爷列车和机场大巴。 最后、房主及其合伙人对中国人很友好,不会因政治及历史原因让我们感到不适。 总体上,我们在居住期间获得很好的体验,这是一个性价比很高的选项。 At first, it's a typical Japanese style house, the accessories and interior satisfied us. This house is almost new building, clean and tidy, it's big enough for a family to live comfortable. The community is quiet and safe, it is a good place to rest. Secondly, the house's location is very good. Walk out back door, you will find the entrance of MATSUYAMA shrine. There are 2 convenience shops and 1 small supermarket about 5 minutes walking. There is DOGO onsen shopping street. You will reach DOGO ONSEN, bus terminal for airport express and public bus/streetcar. Totally, it's a high price-quality ratio option and we've got great experience during we vacation.

【Como's Family introduction】 Como’ｓ family originated in Matsuyama for more than 100 years (at least six generations) . We had been farmers making citrus fruits and other crops. Now, most of the family have moved to Tokyo so we are rarely able to come to this house. But including the founder of the house, all the family wish that many foreigners can use and stay this house and enjoy atmosphere, climate and culture of Matsuyama. Thanks to Tsuyoshi / Steven, who is our host partner it became possible to open here to the traveler over the world. He was born in Matsuyama and studied in a University in U.S.A. So he can speak English, on the other hand, the guests can get various local information from him! We are very happy to welcome you to this house with great help of Mr. Tusyohi /Steven. Matsuyama is not so big as Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka but not so deserted like a very small town in countryside. It's a very good place and unique city which is blessed with warm climate and good food. And Shikoku is located between Honshu 本州 and Kyusyu 九州, so you can come from Okayama 岡山, Hiroshima 広島 or Osaka and go to Kokura 小倉, for example. There are spas, a lot of green and sea, castle and good calm people here. Also Matsuyama (and Dogo) has a long history and our original culture like O-Hénlo お遍路 (Japanese pilgrimage), Haïku 俳句 (Japanese short poem) and baseball. Especially, Ishité-ji 石手寺 temple is one of the pilgrimage temples and it's located in 20 minutes walk from my house. There are many famous people who are related with Matsuyama, such as Soséki NATSUME (novelist, scholar), Shiki MASAOKA (poet, journalist), Mansaku ITAMI(playwrite, painter, actor and movie director) and his son Juzo ITAMI (actor and movie director), Kenzaburo OE (Novel-prize novelist), Shigeru CHIBA (baseball player). We are sure that all the people from children to senior people can enjoy Matsuyama in your own ways!
