The house and furniture are lovely. Everything is thoughtfully designed and high quality. The beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped. Please be aware, however, that you may want to set up a white noise machine or take ear plugs because there is a construction yard across the street front loaders and pick-up trucks start grinding QUITE early in the morning (around 6 am) . . . so folks who are not early birds will be very short of sleep. Most of the day and in the evening it is quiet though . . . so get to bed early!

John and Lisa are great hosts. We reserved the house only a few hours before check-in and John met us at the house to make sure we had everything we needed. He even checked in during our stay to make sure there were no issues. The house was immaculate and in perfect working order. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved John's house. We were so appreciative of the cleanliness of this home, this is hard to find these days. They thought of so many essential item that most rentals do not have. you should not need or want for anything while staying here

This was our third time staying at Magnolia House and as always it was perfect. It is cozy, spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. They had a Christmas tree lit for us when we arrived and it was such a nice touch. We traveled over 6 hours and arrived after dark and we were very tired so coming in to such a warm inviting place was just what we needed. Communication with John and Lisa is always excellent. They are very quick to respond. This will always be our first choice when visiting the area. I would give Magnolia house 10 stars if I could!
