This place was wonderful; I would absolutely stay again. The house and pool were both incredibly clean and it was so nice to have a private place to relax. Close to all we wanted to do in a very quiet area. We had a great time!

This house was very nice and clean when we arrived! Communication was very prompt, quick, and easy! Our only issue was the pebbles surrounding the pool were really rough so we couldn't really lay around the pool except for on the beach chairs and couldn't walk bare foot around the pool. Other than this we really enjoyed the place and Sara was a great host!

We only stayed 2 nights at Sara's, but we were able to squeeze in a great visit to Sedona thanks to all her recommendations. Sara went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Her recommendations were spot on, her home was perfectly clean, and the location was great! The views were great from the back patio, and pool. We even had the option of heating the pool for some evening star gazing. It was a little chilly at night during our stay, and we are glad we got to take advantage of a night swim with warmer water. Everything you need, Sara has it! (except for coffee creamer!🤣) But in all fairness, she did say that she had enough coffee supplies "to get you started." We only had time for coffee our last morning, and I am the only one in my group who likes khaki coffee. There are so many great breakfast places around, you won't need it! Grocery stores, and Walgreens are very close too. Everything in the house is newly refurbished, w/ very comfy beds! Beautiful home! Beautiful stay!!!

The house was stunning! Beautifully decorated, very clean and had anything you could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this location to others.

The place was perfect for my family of 5. The house was relatively clean upon arrival. There may have been a few missed cleaning spots both in kitchen and outside by patio,courtyard and outside grill. Not a big deal, but for the price I did expect a bit more. This place was wonderful though. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The home had everything we needed to feel right at home. This home is private and close to everything in Sedona!!. Very close to trails, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed the pool and was clean and refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Sedona and if available would definitely come back!!
