Clean, great location, roomy, everything has a lock on it so you get full privacy and wonderful balcony on both sides of the building, placed conveniently in the city to move around with metro and quiet. Silvia and Santolo are great, you will have all the help and clean environment you’ll ever need. Definitely recommended!

Santolo spoke English well, communicated regularly either by email or in person, and was very helpful with information. He and Sylvia helped arrange for us car parking in a nearby secure lot. There was a great supermarket beside the apartment. Most places of interest could be reached easily by walking, but after walking all day it was great that a subway stop was not too far away. Too bad laundry facilities were a little inconvenient to reach. In the busy season, be aware that there are three separate rooms for rent, each with a private bathroom, but sharing the entrance and kitchen area. Breakfasts were very good, fresh croissants most mornings, and a homemade sweet bread our last day.

Silvia and Santolo are great hosts, their apartment is lovely, they were very proactive and suggested places to see and visit, and restaurants to eat. Breakfast was delicious and communication with Santolo during my stay spotless. Very nice area, close to a big supermarket and to the Materdei tube station.

Silvia and Santolo were the best hosts I’ve had. Before checking in Santolo sent recommendations, information and made sure you were good to go for your stay. During the stay he welcomed me in and showed the place around. I had two situations where he and Silvia helped me. I had a key break in the restroom lock and they came on their Saturday night to help open the restroom. In the other situation my phone stopped working out of nowhere. They allowed me to stay a while longer to charge my phone. When charging wasn’t working they helped me find another location to stay at even going as far as walking me there. I tried to tip them for their being so helpful but declined stating it is their duty as hosts to help me even after checking out. Silvia and Santolo thank you for your hospitality
