I was coming to Tulum to celebrate my birthday with a friend. We found this space and immediately it felt like the right fit. It was a beautiful space, private and within walking distance to some amazing places. Renting a scooter is ideal to get around, plus they are so much fun to ride around. We lucked out and our friend who lives there had a friend who rented us two. However Bernardo can make arrangements if you wish to rent them. It was exactly what I would have wanted. Matches the pictures and just feels like home. Thank you again, will definitely recommend to friends and will be back in the future.

Great little spot! It is in an apartment complex, not a traditional condo as we know them in the states, so less privacy than we initially desired. The roads by the property were undergoing construction, so it was quite loud everyday, but now the roads are pristine for future guests. The only real piece that was upsetting was that the hottub on the rooftop was just a private pool, and did not have a heating element. I am sure this isn't an issue for others, but I did expect a hottub so it was a slight let down. Communication was good! The link for the location did not bring me to the correct building, it was just the road that the building was close to, so thankful I had service to get better directions upon check in, since I was very lost! Tip to future guests- get the building name before check it, this will help tremendously! Apartment was clean and beautiful. Thanks again!

10/10 - Spent the weekend here for my birthday! This was my first time visiting Tulum and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It's beautiful and private, and definitely provides zen Tulum vibes that made it an incredible experience. Pros: -Host is responsive and available through text. He offered to help arrange transportation to/from airport, make car/scooter rentals and help plan activities to enjoy during our stay. -Check in time is flexible. -Water gets very hot and the AC works great. -Private pool was lit up and spotless. -Kitchen utensils and toiletries provided. -The separate bedroom was very privaqte. -The hallways and staircases are well lit and felt safe to come and go at night. Cons: -The roads aren't walkable at night. Tips: -Bring snacks and beverages. There is a filtered water dispenser in the kitchen. -DO NOT RENT A CAR!!! The road is filled with potholes that you can't avoid. I rented an ATV but scooters are best (quieter and smoother ride).

Great stay in tulum. Only complaint is that the main AC is a little weak and the power went out for a short time but other than that it was really relaxing place. Host was super responsive and fixed any issues I had very quickly. Very nice and well kept up place for the price

This was our second time inTulum and it was worth it ! The appartement is exactly as discribed and much more It has 2 separate rooms with a complete bathroom in each. The main areas are the patio with the dining table, the kitchen and the roof with a terrasse and a private spa. It’s perfect when travelling with friends. It allows complete intimacy and at the same time the the common areas are perfect to gather around a nice meal and drinks Upon our arrival we were greeted with cold beers in the fridge. The water distributor in the kitchen was a great addition to the apartment, allowing us to not buy water bottles The neighborhood is calm and close to everything, but you will need a car, bike, moto or taxi to go to the beach or do your shopping in el pueblo I would definitely rent it again Thank you for making our stay an exceptional one :-)
