Lovely host, wonderful home - had everything that you needed (and more!). Strange location, but the birdsong in the morning, the quietness, made it all worthwhile. Host provided clear directions on how to get there - very handy as google maps had lost the plot... Shiro was the perfect place for a pitstop/place of rest on my short journey through the northeast.
