We visited in January, when temps were in the 40’s and skies delivered rain daily, and yet we were surprised at how beautifully perfect the garden and landscaping were. It is an immaculate garden, and a deck that sits along the river, and we found the place to be cozy and warm and exactly what we needed.

We stayed as guests of GH for our anniversary the second week of Oct. GH was excellent with communication and directions. Before we arrived, they communicated well on how and when we could check in. Upon arrival, we were very pleased to see the lawn and grounds very well maintained and beautiful. Inside the house was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We stayed a week and enjoyed the beauty and comfort of our guest's home. If we were in the area again and had need of a place, we would definitely contact GH again and stay!

We just finished a very peaceful trip at this home. The location on the river makes for a relaxing trip. The home was clean and well maintained. There was an issue with the clothes washer from the previous renter but it didn't really affect us. It doesn't take away from my rating but just for information purposes, the kitchen is ample but isn't overflowing. I cook a lot when travelling and there are limited spices, kitchen equipment, etc. Just including that to help someone else who stays to know to bring some spices if you have room. The house and location were wonderful and we had a great trip.

The River property is so surreal, beautiful, & peaceful. My family and I had a wonderful time. Having a private dock, and being right on the river is amazing! The river is calm allowing you to swim, kayak, paddle board, etc. The house is beautiful, and clean. I hope to make it back again!
