My stay was very good. The bed is comfortable and the room was quite big. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Easy to walk to anywhere in Charlottetown within 30 minutes.

A little bit overprices for what is offered. I have upgraded the room to King' s bed and Nancy was impatient to get the $20 writing me messages in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Upsides: Good price for a stay in the center of PEI, parking included, and good hospitality. Downsides: The room I received had an unpleasant odor and black mold on the ceiling. The common areas didn't have any odor, so I think it's just the room. Only one electrical outlet available in the entire room. No hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. Overall it's a good place to spend the night if you're intending to tour PEI in the morning or have an office to go to, but I would hesitate to do remote work here.

Hosts were very friendly and easy to deal with. I had booked a room and than realized I booked the wrong room and she was very willing to help us out with getting a bigger room without canceling my first room and loose all my money as I had only booked it the day before. Yard wasn't kept the nicest (tall grass) but didn't affect us staying there. The kitchen and living room were nice and clean. Her instructions were clear and easy to understand. The king bed was good, but the single mattress was awful. And we got no blankets, but we didn't really need them anyway as it was pretty warm in the room. The main house had a/c, which was nice . But overall, I'd stay there again , just not on a single bed.
