Located near Downtown Houston! EVERYTHING IS NEW! Enjoy this stylish, private home across the street from a beautiful park with tennis courts & basketball courts. Secure gated driveway. Fast WiFi and smart TVs. 12-15 minutes from Downtown Houston, Hobby Airport, Convention Center, Minute Maid Park, NRG Stadium, BBVA Stadium, Toyota Center, TSU, University of Houston, Rice, Museum District, Houston Zoo, Pearland. Great shopping, amazing restaurants, and entertainment! No parties or events. There are 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suite (primary and guest bedrooms). There is a queen sofa bed sectional on the first floor and also and large sectional on the second floor (not a sofa bed). Please read the house rules. We don't allow parties or events.

As a traveler who visit Houston often and uses AirBnB for my stay, this house by far was the best one! The house is very nice and roomy, big nice kitchen and living room area, and plenty of bathrooms, so if you are traveling with a big party it will very well accommodate that. Kimberley is a great host, no issues with communication at all, she is very responsive. The Neighborhood is a decent area but quiet, and felt safe at all times there.

I loved everything about this house. The master bedroom to me was more like a suite and very roomy for my husband and I, the other rooms were very spacious as well. The decor throughout the house was beautiful. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Very nice and clean home. Excellent for group of 4-5 that’s traveling to Houston. Very close to all entertainment as well. I oiled most definitely book again.
