Overall good experience! The neighbor's dog stopped by, which I did not mind personally but some of the other guests are uncomfortable around dogs in general. The grill on the patio was a little tricky to start, and besides the slight issue with the garbage disposal which we were able to fix, everything worked fine.

Beautiful home, no complaints really aside from the sink waste disposal not working properly it wasn’t a big issue. The place was fully stocked with everything necessary. The kids loved the bunkbed room. Everything looked just like the pictures. It snowed right before my stay so the backyard was covered in snow. We were able to dust off the snow and use the hot tub and grill. The house was designed to make you feel at home and cozy. The host was very responsive, kind and helpful! Definitely a great place for families. I’d say one of my favorite places so far throughout my Airbnb experience :)

We spent a full week at this beautiful home and have to say this was our favorite Airbnb vacation yet! The house is located at a peaceful residential area up above Lake Tahoe, and a walk around the block to gorgeous lake views was a great way to end each day. Around the corner is a dead end street that leads into a secret wooded area where the kids and our dog found pristine snow to run around and play in. The house itself is just as described, felt even bigger in person, and with high end touches that make you feel right at home. Internet was a little slower at times when everyone was using their devices all at once, but all the more reason to get outside and enjoy the incredible surroundings! A very quick (~7 minutes) drive down the hill is the lake, King's Beach, Whitecap Pizza, and a well stocked Safeway for everything you need. The host was wonderful and super helpful anytime we had a question. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!

I really enjoyed my short stay. Henry’s home is not too big and not too small. It’s got all the cozy comforts of your own home. Henry is an extremely responsive and flexible host. He answered all questions within the hour. And he flexed our departure time because of the logistical challenges we faced due to the severe weather storm we encountered the night before departure. I would absolutely stay here again.
