David and Marci’s home is even more stunning than the photos. Incredibly beautiful setting, right on the river with multiple decks to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped (far more than any other short term rental I have seen). David and Marci are amazing hosts - attentive, friendly and helpful!

This place is amazing! Everything has been so well thought out and is of top quality. The site is so beautiful with lovely outdoor spaces right on the river, nice furniture, shade, outdoor heat, lighting and sound. The kitchen is about the most well appointed kitchen we've ever seen, and we are enthusiastic cooks! The spice rack was very thorough, every pot, pan and cassarole you could want, three ways to make coffee (which was provided) and the knives were even sharp. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms imaculate and there is a beautiful grand piano (in tune!). There were healthy house plants, cut flowers, snacks, a bottle of wine, and a fabulous sound system. We were sad when our time came to an end. Highly recommended!

"Wow" really sums up our entire stay. Upon arriving we felt right at home and the place was better than we imagined. We came here to get away from the hustle and bustle and although we were only 20 minutes from Fort Collins, we barely left the house. The river is just steps away and provides easy access for fly fishing which we took full advantage of. The house is PERFECT for a family vacation especially if you have kids/dog. The fenced in back deck and front yard is so convenient and makes taking your pet on vacation very easy! We loved being only a few miles from Mishawaka Amphitheater if you want to do some people watching and grab a quick bite to eat. Over all the trip was amazing and the endless amenities (HOT TUB, surround sound, full kitchen, outdoor patio heating, (I could go on) made this stay hard to leave! We will be back! 10/10! If you want to wake up with your coffee and have the most perfect view, STAY HERE!

Having stayed in numerous AirBnBs throughout the world, I can confidently say Marci & Dave are some of the best hosts in addition to having one of the nicest homes, particularly in terms of value, comfort, and surroundings. As hosts, Marci & Dave are not only incredibly kind and communicative/responsive, but also ensure details are met regarding the house. From the generous welcome basket of sundries, wine, and even a plant, to maintaining one of the most well-equipped kitchens I've ever used, to having more than enough firewood and starters for an eight-night stay, everything our group may have needed was anticipated and tended to without having to ask. Our group of 4 (plus 3 dogs) were super comfortable and loved the peaceful neighborhood and environment, especially with the Poudre River immediately in our backyard. What a way to enter 2024 in the hot tub under the stars with the river as our ambient music. Highly recommend this home, and will absolutely return in summer!

When booking a stay-cation we found this gem on the Poudre River. And when I say gem we are talking the most relaxing peaceful retreat you could ask for. Marcie & Dave were very responsive to our questions about the fireplace/hot tub/firepit. The kitchen has everything & then some that you could ever need. We asked if we could bring our dog, there was no hesitations & gave us the knowledge that both the front yard & back deck have gates so he would be safe. The tri-level deck & river access allowed us to take in the beautiful view all we could. Make sure to step outside at night to see the stars! It was incredible!
