Close to all amenities: restaurants, bars, shops, tobacconist, grocery store, cinema, petanque, market 3 times a week and direct sale of fish. Everything is done on foot or by bike: beaches, water sports. The Clape massif, the Ile St Martin, the salt marshes and the nature around the old village will allow you to make beautiful hikes. If we are not there, the house is managed by a concierge who will take care of welcoming you. The house has been completely renovated in its rental part, with: - on the ground floor (disabled access) . a fully equipped semi-open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer above). . a bedroom with a double bed, its adjoining shower room, a dressing room and air conditioning. . separate toilet. . a dining room, a living room with air conditioning. . an interior courtyard (patio), partly covered by a roof, with garden furniture, a table and chairs, a plancha and its accessories. . a large garage of 40 m2 with a drawer freezer available as well as 5 bicycles at 5 euros per day each. If you want to rent the bikes, a deposit of 100 euros per bike will be required. Deposit to be given to the person who will take care of the reception. - on the 1st floor (not accessible for the disabled because of the stairs) . 1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room and ceiling fan. . 1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room and air conditioning. . 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds with dressing room and air conditioning. . a laundry room with washing machine, board and iron, vacuum cleaner. . a bathroom with a hair dryer. . separate toilet. - the 2nd floor is private as well as the floor above the garage (awaiting renovation) The beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets and pillows with covers. Bed linen and towels are not included. Possibility of renting: - bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases): 20 euros for a double bed and 10 euros for a single bed - bathroom linen (bath towel and towel): 5 euros The cleaning will be done by the tenants at the end of the stay.
