Lavinia and her son Lorenzo were, perhaps, the most hospitable Airbnb hosts my family and I have ever had. They made us feel right at home and even brought toys, a crib, a high chair, and other amenities for our 2 year old daughter. The countryside surrounding the house is beautiful and the house is just a short drive from Assisi and Perugia (about 20 mins each), making it a great place to stay if you want to explore the various towns of the Umbrian countryside.

This villa is fabulous! Gorgeous! A peaceful retreat from the busy tourist towns. Lavinia was so friendly. We could only stay 2 nights but wish we had time for a week. Assisi and many other beautiful villages are easy driving from the villa. Very well stocked and extremely clean. We had Chef Bovini one night for dinner: beyond exceptional! We HIGHLY recommend this villa.

Lavinia and her family were the perfect hosts , and always on hand. The property was lovely with beautiful surroundings , with every home amenity you could wish for. We had Chef Samuele cook for the evening , and enjoyed a fantastic 4 course meal , and each course was explained by Chef Samuele , through the evening. We dined at L’Osteria Del Bosco twice , only a few minutes from property , which was a brilliant find . Lavinia was a great host and the property was beautiful , would throughly recommend .

Villa, pool, garden and seating areas were all so lovely. It was a very relaxing holiday. We didn’t want to leave! Our son is a coeliac and Lavinia called some local restaurants before we arrived to check what gluten free options they offered. 😊 She was always available on text if needed. Our favourite restaurant was Il Castellaccio. We enjoyed visiting Perugia and Gubbio (the tourist train and bird cages were really good) and the kids loved the Laguna Park at the lake.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à Colombella, clairement une de nos meilleures expériences AirBnb - maison magnifique. L'extérieur notamment : terrasse abritée idéale pour les diners, apéritifs, ..... / très beau et grand jardin / grande piscine bien aménagée - situation de la maison, proche des joyaux de la Ombrie (Perouse, Assise, villages perchés, lac transimene...) - hote très discrete mais disponible en cas de besoin et très chaleureuse Voiture nécessaire bien sur. Commerces à proximité (une dizaine de min en voiture pour centre commercial) (qqn minutes à pied pour trouver à colombella : un pub, un bar, une boulangerie, un boucher, une petite épicerie, ...) A noter pour les sportifs : un très bon club de tennis (2 terrains en terre battue / 2 en moquette / 1 en dur) à 2 min en voiture une salle de sport dans la tour de la maison (avec appareil de musculation) Je cours beaucoup : j'ai trouvé des itinéraires de 10/15 km autour de la maison, mix de route et de sentiers
