Tiffany’s place definitely met our needs and the place was as expected for the most part. Quiet neighborhood and 10min from downtown Birmingham. We only had 1 small mishap that Tiffany responded to swiftly and took care of it. We wished the back deck was a little nicer/appealing to hangout on, but other than that everything was fine. We’d recommend to others.

Tiffany was very communicative and responsive. She responded and resolved any questions or issues we had promptly. The house was very nice and had plenty of room for two families of four.

Tiffany was a great communicator and our plans were tight so she allowed us to check in early. Upon checkin the temperature in the house was 56 degrees because one furnace unit was not on. It took some time to regulate. The house was very clean and as shown in the pictures. Our misgivings were that the house is in the flight path for the airport and trains could be heard day and night. The neighborhood is up and coming with a mix of homes from vacant to fully restored.
