Any host who would say on the voicemail that they didn’t answer bc they were too “GD lazy” should be banned from AirBnB. I was appalled. My father had died and we had no where to stay the night before his funeral. She didn’t respond to text or phone calls or messages left. It was already a difficult day for my mom and I and this made it worse leaving us nowhere to stay.
