Great place to stay in the centre of Leamington Spa, easy to get around and lovely views out of the enourmous, gorgeous sash windows. Quirky and interesting artefacts everywhere. Very bohemian and comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Rebecca was always quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

Before we even got to England the communication with Rebecca was already great, she made sure everything would be to our liking up to the type of milk and bread we would like to have when we arrive. She answered questions quickly and friendly. Check in was easy and the apartment even better that we expected. There's a bit more space than the pictures make it out to be and everything is decorated so nicely (down to a colour coded bookshelf) me and my boyfriend felt right at home and would have gladly just moved in permanently. All the instructions regarding rubbish and everything else were clear but also accompanied by nice little notes around the place, for other things you might need to know. All in all our stay was great and I will definitely see if Rebecca has the place available when I visit again.

Rebecca's flat was the perfect base for a long weekend visiting friends and taking part in a local dance competition. It was clean, perfectly located in the centre of Leamington to get to shops and restaurants, and really tastefully decorated. Rebecca was a great host and really responsive to questions, and adjustments to our itinerary when we needed to change our plans.

We loved the flat and the location was ideal; right in the town centre. Rebecca was amazing and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again in future.
