Die Unterkunft ist sehr altmodisch. Bettlaken und Handtücher kosten extra. Badezimmer, besonders die Dusche, ist nicht gerade modern und sauber. Beim Check-Out fallen extra Kosten an (36,00€ für die Reinigung und nochmal 13,00€, falls die Küche nicht aufgeräumt ist). Mein Check-In war vor Ort nur ab 16 Uhr möglich, nach einer Diskussion durfte ich um 14:40 einchecken, obwohl man laut Inserat ab 12:00 einchecken kann. Insgesamt liegt die Unterkunft an einem guten Ort und nah zu den Tre Cime und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mir persönlich hat die Unterkunft und der Prozess des Check-In und Check-Out gar nicht gefallen, weshalb ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen würde. Auch nach einer Beschwerde bei AirBnB kam mir weder AirBnB noch der Gastgeber entgegen.

Ground floor unit right near the entrance was easy to get to. Can be noisy with all the foot traffic, but fine as long as you don't go to bed too early or sleep in late. Manuel was easy to get ahold of, could use more info about check in but the ladies at reception are helpful. Just give them your last name and the unit is 0G2. The pool was great, but unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. Remember Italy requires swim caps, we snagged some cheap ones off Amazon before our trip. If you're expecting to eat at the restaurant on the premises call ahead to see if it's open, it was closed while we were there and the receptionist didn't know when the opening date was. There are plenty of options a short drive away. Was a little annoyed the linens cost 42 Euro total for the room (was expecting 5 Euro per "kit"). Overall a great experience, loved Tre Cime and Cinque Torri. Was also able to sneak in a few morning trail runs around the nearby lake.

Ground floor appartment with beautiful views, direct access out by window door, right opposite to main building with reception/pool. Great location between Cortina and Toblach, right on bike paths.
