The Checkin and Checkout was easy. Shahriar's place was very clean and spacious. There was Table Tennis, Fuss Ball and Television for entertainment for family and children. The fridge and pantry had items for the breakfast. The beddings and towel were clean and ready. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and we felt like home and the neighbourhood was safe. I will recommend this place for families and couples. The overall experience was really good for us.

This stay was very clean, quiet and comfortable! A really nice space with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen (we did not expect breakfast, a nice touch) It was a short distance to town with every kind of restaurant available. A beautiful city. Our Host was very quick to respond to all our emails. Superb host. We would definetly call again if we travel to Kingston, On.

It was two guys from our field crew that stayed there for work. They said it was very clean, nice hosts, bread and other basic items provided. The only issue was that the one guy was going to sleep on the couch because he didn't want to be in the same room, but there were only love seats. Not a huge deal, just be aware if you stay there is not a couch to sleep on.

A cozy place just 10-15 minutes from Downtown Kingston. Had all the amenities needed and everything was clean. Shahriar was very nice, welcoming, proactive and very accessible if any questions needed to be answered. Would definitely recommend if Downtown alternatives are too pricy.
