Great house with an awesome location on a quiet street in South Pasadena. Walkable to cafes on Mission! This house had the most well stocked kitchen I have ever encountered with an Airbnb! Literally anything one might need. Back yard is so great - the market lights are such an inviting touch. Large table and chairs for groups! The downstairs bathroom has an amazing triple head shower which was so relaxing after a long day! The only thing that would make this gem even better is refreshed living room furniture. It was fine for us, as we were mainly there to sleep and prep (in the awesome kitchen!) for a holiday party hosted nearby. If TV watching and lounging is important to you, the cozy library is a great option and the furniture in that room is super comfy and seems much newer!

We really loved the warm, family vibe of this place, including the decor, craftsman architecture and leafy neighborhood. We were a group of 4 adults and a baby and found the kitchen well stocked and all the rooms clean and inviting. The beds are comfy. The 1st night we were unable to locate the extra linen which are in a discreet closet over the top of the stairs. Terrific large central table for playing games and hanging out as well as cozy front and back porch. There was even a useful baby basinet in the closet. The neighbors were friendly and its a quiet location, convenient for walking and restaurants and metro access nearby. One big problem with the doorknob on downstairs bathroom which came off in the hand on first use! (Not a big surprise in an older house) Inside signage and instructions could be clearer. Great dryer and washer. Though very comfortable, the living room furniture is very worn and no longer clean. Nothing prevented us from loving time here!

First of all the house is a beautiful craftsfman in the heart of South Pasadena. Our family felt right at home surrounded by the trees and books! The people who live in the back unit were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is extremely pleasant and walkable. We never wanted to leave! I had some minor challenges communicating with the Management company but they ended up being responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
