Quiet. Nice for ORV riding. You can exit through the back of the property and then head down some back roads to get to he trails. Went to St. Helen and Bull Gap. Lots of trailer parking space.
We were only there for a night but the rooms look like they were recently updated, clean and perfect location for our needs. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
