We stayed for 2 nights in May, and was ideally located close enough to town. We were here to watch Ipswich Town get promoted to the Premier!! Parking is a bit tight outside, but still space so not a problem. Inside the place was very clean and homely. Kitchen area was spacey, back garden needs some weeding but overall excellent value for money. Rooms were more than adequate, and we all commented on how comfy the beds were, all 4 of us stated how well we slept. Although there`s a few houses located here, it was very quiet and peaceful. Helen was excellent on her communication, so all in, terrific, served us really well. Dont expect any luxuries, just really clean and tidy property with plenty of space and good value for money. We will definitely use again.

I will not stay here again, no parking accessible parking as listed and no standard TV, no bathroom mirrors, not enough catering utensils, I could go on!!!

Whilst we had a lovely time with our family, there were a few issues that dampened our experience. We arrived to broken chairs in the kitchen, broken lights in the toilet/bedrooms and the outdoor area completely unsafe for our children (broken glass, overgrown garden, cigarette butts and rubbish). There was insufficient cutlery for the 6 of us, but we made do as we had come prepared with extra supplies. Thankfully, the chairs we replaced quickly, but the other issues were not resolved, and communication regarding the resolution of outstanding issues was poor. The washing machine was also broken, but I did not address this at the time as it was Christmas and would be an unlikely fix for the duration of our stay.
