Welcome to our beautiful, spacious home located on hole 10 of the TPC with a view of the clubhouse. View magnificent sunrises from the deck each morning coming up over the course or relax by the fire pit to wind down the evening. Watch the 3M Open from the deck, patio, or other areas of the house. We feature 4 bedrooms, two full size kitchens and room for the whole family. Centrally located in Blaine you have access to countless restaurant, shops, and the National Sports Center. Here's what each level features: The upstairs level contains 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, private bath with double sinks, shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, and his/her closets. Bedroom #2 has a full bed with closet. Bedroom #3 has a twin bed with a trundle that pulls out from underneath and spacious closet. There is also a separate full bathroom (with bathtub/shower) upstairs. On the main floor we have our living room (with large windows that provide a gorgeous view of our backyard, golf course and pond) with a gas fireplace, kitchen, 1/2 bath (toilet and sink), and playroom/sitting room (filled with children’s toys convenient for traveling with the whole family). The dining table seats 6 with 3 bar stools at the kitchen island close by for kitchen seating up to 9. The dining area has a door that allows exit onto our deck, which contains a gas grill and table/chairs/umbrella. Our basement level has a large family room with a sectional couch, 65-inch flat screen TV, second full kitchen with full refrigerator, oven, sink and dishwasher, pop a shot basketball, many board games, and walkout to the backyard. The basement level also has our 4th bedroom which contains a full sized bed, TV, large closet, treadmill and standing desk. There is also a full bathroom (with bathtub/shower) on this level. The basement walkout leads to our backyard oasis. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and views of the golf course while listening to the birds and frogs in the pond. Lawn games available to use at your leisure in the large grassy area overlooking the pond. A fire pit is available with wood and supplies needed for bonfires provided. The basement TV is equipped with Android TV for easy access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. The 4th bedroom TV has a fire stick with easy access Netflix, Disney+, etc. Tenants will have access to high-speed Internet/Wi-Fi throughout the house.
