The house is pretty large and would be great for families with young children; lots to do at the house. Since it is offered through a property management company, we missed a personal touch. When we arrived there were several lights which didn't work, including at the steep entry steps. These lights should be working when the place is rented, but it even took two phone calls to get it fixed. Although they provide basic items such as paper towel and toilet paper, they are the cheapest available and there is only one roll; we immediately bought our own. The beds are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, although only two dishwasher pods were provided. Again, we bought our own. Although we were satisfied overall, we probably won't seek to rent it again. The house and host met most expectations, but exceeded none.

great location, plenty of parking, short walk to beach. cames with an equipment rental stipend which is great only nit-pick is the listing could be clearer on which amenities (grills, games, beach equipment etc.) are included versus need to be rented

For the price being paid, it didn’t come with everything in the pictures. Additional fees were being charged for hot tub and golf cart. While there is mention of such fees in the fine print, no amounts are outlined… it’s $250 just for the golf cart!
