The apartment is very nice and comfortable, well equipped. Ivan is easy to communicate with, both in English or Spanish. One should note that the upper bad room is located up stairs, suppurated, from the main apartment without toilet. Since our kids are grown, they enjoyed slipping there together. However, families with young kids might consider to have one of the adults sleeping upstairs with one of the kids.
