Welcome to the beautiful central NW of Calgary! This cute modern home is quiet, bright, and energetic. ONLY 15 Mins from Downtown and 5 mins from Deerfoot City and the Airport! There are two bedrooms that both comfortably sleep 2 guests (for a total of four). We are looking forward to hosting you! Karissa & Alexa Our main level is bright and inviting. Here you’ll find three common spaces, including a half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs, it borders our living and dining space, where you’ll find a high top table that sits four people, a coffee bar, and a wonderful sectional. In the corner is a nesting nook chair we have both enjoyed reading a few books in. There is a 60 inch tv in the living room, games for group, and big windows that bring in a ton of light. In the basement, you’ll find a brand new set of LG stackables, with some laundry detergent, and bounce sheets. The rest of this space is used as storage for the space. When you go upstairs you will find your bathroom with hosts a brand new tub surround a big mirror and lots of counter and storage space. We will happily provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash if needed - please just ask in advance. To the left of the bathroom there are two larger than normal bedrooms (joys of having been built in the 70’s you practically have two primary sized bedrooms), both boast huge windows, lots of closet space, and a queen bed in each. Fresh linens will be provided in each room and extra ones will be in the linen closet. Please enjoy our home as if it were your own, we strive to make it feel like you’re back at home and can relax.
