This was an amazing place! You can really tell Nathan and Emily take great pride in providing a welcoming and high quality space. Everything was super clean, the kitchen and bath were well equipped, and the home was better than the photos show. Highly recommend.

This is my go-to for my yearly visit to Dayton. The house is always clean and neat and close to everything I need. The hosts are amazing and communicative. They have even helped return forgotten items in the past! The only thing that could stop me from reserving the Renshaw Ranch again is if it’s already booked!

House was nice and clean. We really appreciated how child friendly it was with pack and play, high chair, and bunk bed. Location was a short drive from shopping and restaurants and only 15-20 minutes into downtown Dayton. Check-in and check-out was also very straightforward.

our stay at Renshaw Ranch was absolutely fantastic. Our host provided accommodations out matching any hotels in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Furniture, appliances and decor were all modern in great condition. Check in and out was super easy. Honestly, with host and accommodations like this, the hotel industry is going to have to step up their game or struggle to survive. Much thanks to Our host's Nathen and Emily.
