I thought long and hard about whether to leave a review or not. However, I know the importance of sharing my experience. After all, it was the high rating reviews that convinced me to make a reservation. I only needed the room to rest at nights, nothing else. The apartment is located in a VERY NICE gated community with all the amenities listed, in a VERY NICE neighborhood. Which is why I was surprised to see how filthy and messy the apartment it self was. I end up spending 1 night and canceled the remainder of my reservation. As for the the host, she’s is a nice friendly lady who even offered to take me out to the Cali Fair. I would’ve liked to stay for the duration of my full reservation and beyond,but it was disappointing to see that they lacked the most minimal details in the room, sweeping and mopping. Not to mention the white linen were stained. I will spare you the details about rest of the apartment. I hope my feedback helps the host to make the necessary changes before renting.

Best place to stay in Cali. Close to the Javeriana University, shopping centers, and main roads.

Un conjunto muy apropiado. El apartamento es familiar y para el huésped ofrece confianza. La habitación cuenta con lo necesario para descansar o trabajar y el baño es solo para tu uso. Ingrid te atiende y ofrece servicios adicionales que son muy útiles, entre ellos alimentación o transporte.
