This beautiful property is in a great location for families, girls/guys trips, business travelers, conventions/sporting events/concert events/festival events, or just looking to relax in Atlanta. It is a spacious 3,100 square foot brick home that is a perfect getaway that sleeps up to 13 people (maximum of 10 adults total with 2 adults per room). It features two owners' suites with their own en suite bathroom. The home has 5 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens (upstairs & downstairs) with the upstairs kitchen for your budding chef, and features white quartz waterfall island. No need to fight over what to watch, everyone can have their own tv to watch what they like with our 13 tv's ranging in size from 50 inches to 85 inches. This oasis has everything to keep you entertained inside of the house on a rainy/cold day or even a "downtime" day with a Theater Room, a Game Room with 2 arcade machines, 1 video pinball machine, a pool table, large Jenga for all to play and enjoy. Outside, there is a large 11 foot high fenced backyard with a 15 foot x 26 foot swimming pool surrounded by a 4 tier deck. For more fun and games for all to enjoy, we have provided a plethora of entertaining activities such as Corn Hole, Putt Putt, full length outdoor Bowling Lane, Miniature Putting Green, Basketball Court, Pop A Shot Basketball, Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, Large Sized Connect Four, Dartboard, 12 Lounge Beds, upper and lower deck lounge areas with mounted tv's (with cable), gas grill and Adirondack Chairs + Gas Firepit. Two of the quaint things we love doing at the home are the following: Sitting outside on the upper deck drinking your morning coffee, tea or water while listening to the birds chirp in the private 11 feet high fenced in backyard as well enjoying a sunset evening under the mature trees while sitting at the firepit roasting marshmallows or sipping wine. The multi-level deck/patio areas are excellent for relaxing/socializing with friends and family as well as enjoying some lighthearted competitive games in the lower patio area. We understand that gas is expensive today. So with that said, for those who are either driving to Atlanta that have an EV vehicle or plan on renting a car, we have your EV charging covered, no need to go pay for expensive gas or supercharging stations while on your trip to Atlanta. With Blissful Homes Away From Home you will be able to utilize our universal EV charging station at our home (you must bring your own universal adapter to charge your vehicle or have the rental car company provide one).
