Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Lansing area on a street with many unique homes filled with charming character, just like this one. Bring up to 6 guests to this 3/BD 2/BA for any occasion, pet’s welcome too! The 2-story home built in the 1920’s boasts hardwood floors and original cottage windows for gazing out into the landscaping. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher is a great option for cooking-in and enjoy streaming your favorite media above an electric fireplace. Feel right at home in beautifully decorated rooms with plush carpet and plenty of soft blankets, towels and sheets to stay extra cozy. Enjoy looking out into the looming green woods of the backyard in the summer or catch a snow storm in the winter season. Washer and dryer are provided for your convenience as well as a 1 car garage. Photos do not show this home accurately. The stairs sound horrible like you're gonna fall through any moment. There are unnecessary items in closets, out in open, etc. Home is not kid friendly.
Perfect location for a conference we attended. Comfortable place to stay.
Clean and comfortable home, host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions.
We were fairly disappointed with our stay. There were cleanliness, hygiene, and safety issues. When we reached out to the host they offered nothing more than a lackluster apology and no real solutions. There was a layer of dirt on several surfaces. Lettuce remnants in the silverware drawer. Weeds growing in front of the front doorstep. Missing or burned-out light bulbs in over four fixtures. A couch full of crumbs. Stains on some bed covers. Wet towels sitting in the washing machine. Slippery steep stairs. No railing on the stairs to the basement. The rugs were not adequately secured down and the corners were curling up. This is a major tripping hazard. Also, some of the amenities in the listing were not present. After this stay I do not recommend this property or any property managed by Precision Management Services.
