Katie is very responsive and kind. Home is beautiful! The ping and ducks were a plus. Walking distance to shop, restaurant and train. It was exactly what we needed and more. We would love to stay there again!

Had a really enjoyable stay. Lovely location, with a pond/lake and a convenient store within the neighborhood. Close to Bluewater shopping Centre. The pictures represent the house well. Hope to rent out again in future.

Fabulous modern house, well equipped and extremely comfortable. For 6 adults plus a baby and a dog it was incredibly spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, the kitchen and living room out of this world. Katie is a great host, responding immediately to any questions. Will definitely consider staying here again if we are back in the Dartford area.

Katie and Ronny's home was a great way for us to end my family's visit in London! It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, offered lovely communal spaces for us to gather, and was stocked with enough for us to meet our basic needs without a need for excessive grocery shopping. The instructions were also fairly clear and aside from a little initial confusion with working the heat, we were able to do everything without needing to reach out to them. The most enticing part of this place for us was the location as it was close enough to the places we were going to regularly and also an easy drive to Heathrow upon our departure. There was a convenience store at the edge of the residential neighborhood and it was a super short drive to the Bluewater Shopping Center if you're looking for a little retail therapy (or familiar shops from the US in our case).

Super clean, comfortable, and charming - my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come here again if we ever found ourselves back at Brands Hatch. Thank you Katie and Ronny!
