Starry Pines Lodge did not disappoint. The cabin is beautiful. The place looks like the photos taken. All the amenities were provided as listed. Our family had a great weekend away from our regular routines. The location is nice and private. The rooms appeared to be oversized but great when you are traveling and need space to set your personal belongings. The kitchen was spacious, the sitting areas were plentiful, and the view was spectacular. Watching the sunrise come up behind the pines while sitting on those rocking chairs while enjoying a cup of coffee early in the morning and not seeing your neighbors was relaxing. The only issue I had was getting there because the community has dirt roads and I got there in the dark but once there, the view reflected the lodge’s name. Ginger provided sufficient documentation on how to get there, had I stuck to her instructions. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend it if we don’t book it for our next outing!
