We had a wonderful time at Anne's place - very clean, secured and accessible to the mall and the cityhall. Anne was such a great host. We look forward to staying there again soon.

Anne's place was clean and comfortable. A little on the small side but manageable for a short stay for 2 pax. There were a few niggles which I will message Anne about privately, but the biggest surprise was that no bath towels were provided. This was mentioned in the printed house rules in the apartment itself but not on the Airbnb listing. Thankfully nearby family were able to provide some for us. Water pressure was also inconsistent for all faucets and the shower. No doubt this is a general issue with the building. Anne is very responsive so I have no doubt that she will make improvements where needed as she gets more guests providing feedback.

Stayed in Anne's condo one night. My wife is from Trece so was very handy visit family on our way to tagaytay. We couldn't fault the condo or the stay in anyway. A very pleasurable and relaxing experience. We found Anne and her team responsive and very willing to assist in all queries. location was great. Beside SM Mall and other shops. The Condo is modern and well equipped. It was clean and well laid out. Bed was comphortable and linen fresh and new. Bathroom clean and hot water shower. WiFi was just top class. Over 400mps speed. (Best Wifi ive ever seen in any AirBnB or hotel ever). Anne supplies a smart TV and Netflix and other apps making the stay just like home for proper chilling. I will definitely be stating here again. It is so quite and peaceful there. My one and only gripe. Parking!! Due to rules and regulations outside of Anne's control quests cannot park in the condo parking area. the entire place was empty. Not the hosts fault just stupid beauracy. Thank you

this place is located near SM and we really like it. The condo is very clean and lovely. it was nice to relax with good internet connection.
