I stayed at Evan's place for about 10 days and had everything I needed there. The place is as described, conveniently located, with a furnished shared kitchen and a private bathroom, and it felt clean (though I admit I'm not a fan of the carpet). The communication with Evan was pleasant and helpful, the check-in and -out is very convenient with a dial lock. The washer and dryer are there to use and relatively self-explanatory. Other reviewers have already noted the noise from the street that is right outside the door - while I didn't have trouble sleeping, loud car music and roaring motors were at times a bit of a nuisance during the day. (Also noteworthy: as a pedestrian there's literally no foreseen way to cross the intersection to get to the corner where the house is located. But these might be my European sensibilities...) Overall I can recommend the place though and would come back if I should return to Tallahassee. Thank you!

Evan's place was perfect! Will definitely rent again if ever back in the area. Very Comfortable and clean.
