Enjoy the silence in our picturesque village of Watergang. Bed & Birds is unique, rurally located and has a lot of privacy. Located in the middle of a Natura 2000 area! You can be in the center of Amsterdam within 12 minutes by public transport. Are you ready for some relaxation after a visit to the city? Grab a book, canoe, bike or go for a walk and relax. Our small B&B is a nice place, with all the basic necessities. The view is beautiful! The peat-meadow landscape is unique and a protected nature reserve. Our house and therefore the B&B is located on an island.

A lovely little spot, perfect for a couple that want to be a little bit away from the hussle and bustle of the city proper but with excellent bus and tube connections, you can be in the heart of the city within 25 mins easy. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and tranquil. Lots of water birds, particularly nice during the spring with the little ducklings. Pien was great, leaves you to it and respects your privacy but is available for advice or recommendations. Would whole heartedly recommend.
Greatly enjoyed our time at Pien's place. beautiful surroundings, a canal just outside the kitchen window meant I even enjoyed washing up. Took the kayak out one morning for a peaceful oar around the local canals. didn't see a single other person, just wildlife and quiet. This was in stark contrast to Amsterdam! Before we arrived I was worried about travelling to and from the centre, but it was an absolute breeze. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away and public transport here is excellent. The setup of the space is excellent and we lucked in with some good weather and ate our breakfasts outside. A pleasure to stay
Wonderful location where you can connect with nature. My partner and I were looking for a place where we could connect with nature and spend some time together without distractions. This place offered exactly what we wanted. The canoe was super fun (was our first time ever) and we took advantage of it. We also used the bikes and discovered the beautiful surroundings. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. 100% recommend. ☺️✨
We just finished a 2 week European vacation and this was by far the most beautiful location out of the six airBnB's we stayed at. So peaceful and the well appointed guest house was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the small town of Watergang and were honored to attend their local Remembrance Day ceremony. We will not soon forget this wonderful stay. After we left, the hosts discovered that I had left my jacket (containing my passport!!!) behind and contacted me! They truly saved me so much grief later on!!! I can never thank them enough for this!

Watergang is a small and very beautiful village. Ideal for peace seekers, but also for people who want to combine tranquility with an active visit to Amsterdam or other beautiful villages in the area.
The area in which Watergang is located is a Natura 2000 area and is protected. There are plenty of opportunities to discover this area.
!! There are no shops in our little village. So bring food and anything you need with you, when you visit us !!".
If you come with a 'normal' car, we would like you to park in our yard. Otherwise, after unpacking, I refer you to the service road at the beginning of the village.
To go to Amsterdam I advise you to use public transport. By bus, which runs every 10 minutes, you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 12 minutes. Or within 7 minutes in Amsterdam North, where you can take the metro to the Center.
