Amazing place, great views. Big comfortable bedrooms, and lovely lounge with real coal fire which we really enjoyed. Joyce is a great host and let us know the local pubs and places.

We had a wonderful New Year at Lucy and Joyce's home. It is a beautiful property and the hosts were really helpful and very friendly. We would definitely return again!

We had an absolutely stellar time at Joyce's wonderful home! Both herself and Lucy were helpful and accommodating - helping us to find the place, and giving us local recommendations. The rooms were well kept, tidy, clean, and such amazing views down to the sea over St Bees. The front garden is extensive, and a brilliant place for the kids to run around. We had the pleasure of meeting some of Joyce's extended family whilst we were there, and they were a delight! Once in a lifetime experience, and we will be back.
