It’s a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms but the second one is just for 1 person. It’s a big hard to locate the apartment as there are two same addresses on same location. The front desk guard guy was not very friendly. Rooms are clean but bedsheets, blankets & towels have horrible odor. Price is acceptable but I prefer to pay a bit higher for cleaner towels & closer to main area.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the tourist area which was fine for us. Grab is very reasonable. There are coffee shops, small markets and a few restaurants in the neighborhood. The weather was cloudy and rainy while we were there so it was a good fit for us. The sofa was comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and everything functioned as expected. Very kind of the host to provide lots of drinking water. The bathrooms functioned well. Unfortunately, the beds were as hard as a stone surface! Very difficult to sleep on and unless you are young and well padded, expect aches in the morning. The sofa was comfortable so there is an alternative. The host was very kind and thoughtful, he allowed us an early check in when we arrived by train from Hanoi. If you can go with hard beds this apartment is great. Ask the host for street address, Airbnb does not have the accurate one!

The location of the apartment indicated in the advertisement is completely misleading! Consequently, the distance between apartment and city center is more than double the distance that I estimated when booking. Although not Hien's responsibility at all, but another issue: the automatic translation conducted by AirBnB sometimes is incomprehensible, so you may have to have to rely on further translation apps to better understand the communication. The mattresses were a bit hard, and the AC occasionally was dripping, but we refrained from maintenance works during our stay to not further reduce our time available for sightseeing. But in general, the apartment was a good choice: quiet, and well suited for relaxing after a long sight-seeing day.

Die Kommunikation mit Nick war hervorragend. Er hat in der Regel innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet. Am Anreisetag kamen wir morgens um 6 Uhr mit dem Bus an und konnten gleich in die Wohnung. Das Apartmenthaus liegt etwas außerhalb in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber mit dem Grab ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Stadt und in 10-15 Minuten an der Zitadelle. Nick hat auch ein Hostel für die Organisation von Ausflügen organisiert. Wir hatten ein Auto mit Fahrer, um uns mehrere Grabanlagen und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
