Relax with the whole family at Delius, a cosy Cornish Cottage near Falmouth Walk in through the porch to the open plan lounge and diner. Comfy sofa’s await your stay. Walk through the lounge diner to the modern kitchen and bathroom/ toilet. There is also a small area behind the kitchen with a washing machine and table top freezer. This leads to the back door which has a small area with table and two chairs for the evening sun. The lounge also houses the stair case leading to the first floor. Two double bedrooms give a relaxed and comfortable sleeping area before you find the Narnia style bedroom leading from one of the doubles. This has two single beds, two bean bag seats, some games and books and also a desk which can be used for laptop working or play the Xbox or watch tv.

We had a lovely 5 day stay in Mabe Burnthouse. Ideally located for lots of attractions nearb (including the beach!) so we didn’t have to travel far with our 4 and 2 year olds. Great, responsive hosts who were very helpful!
The place was great and the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. It was well equipped and we loved that there was a welcome pack waiting for us after our longer than expected journey to Falmouth due to bad weather and road works. Really appreciated that the kitchen had everything that’s needed and more. The kids loved their bedroom with games, books and the x box! In summary, our stay was amazing, Jay and Louise were quite responsive and we had a really good time!
A lovely place that is well situated within the local area. Lovely kitchen and very comfy beds! Perfect place for me and my team working in the local area for the week.
We stayed 4 nights at this lovely cottage as a family of 5 visiting family in the area. It was clean, comfortable, and the best equipped stay we have had, if you needed it, it was there not just the usual towels etc but things like dishwasher tablets, tinfoil and even ladies sanitary wear in the bathroom which i was very impressed at. The sofa is super comfy and there is lots to do on a rainy afternoon, the games room was brilliant for my teenagers. Jay is a great host, friendly and responsive. We ate at the pub a minutes walk around the corner and as everyone describes the food is great value, delicious and we were given a warm and friendly welcome. The parking can be tricky to get a space, but it's far from terrible. The listing and Jay were very transparent that the street is used for parking by people using the shop, however we always found a spot either outside or not too far away. It definitely wouldn't deter us from staying again. All in all we had a wonderful stay, Thank you

Theres a convenient shop and integral post office 3 doors down the road. There is also a lovely family pub serving food daily just down the road.
