John and Arturo thought of everything, they made sure it was home away from home. Their home was amazing. I am a clean freak and always clean before I use the amenities when on vacation. I did not have to do that here. the entire house was squeaky clean. you could smell the cleanliness. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was close proximity to lots of restaurants and supermarket. Communication was amazing, they responded right away. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks John and Arturo for being sure great hosts.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at John and Arturo’s Airbnb property in Puerto Rico, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great hospitality and warmth, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and every detail was taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Their responsive communication was fantastic, making the whole booking and stay process seamless. I would definitely recommend their Airbnb to any family or friends looking for a relaxing getaway. I am already looking forward to returning to Puerto Rico, and when I do, I will definitely consider staying at their home again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Sublime. As other reviewers noted, this home is spotlessly clean. More than enough space for 3 adults and 1 toddler. Crisp, efficient AC units in all rooms, which we turned off every time we left. The best of all - the outdoor space. The 3 poolside umbrellas can provide plenty of shade. You may even be so lucky as to find a frog inside an umbrella when you open it! Enjoy falling asleep to the symphony of frogs at night - you can hear them from the bedrooms. The community does have Quiet Hours. In early evening, several neighbors played music loudly in their car ports, a fun cultural practice that seems to welcome socialization. We danced along from inside the house, and our toddler slept through it. They respectfully turned the music off at exactly 8:59pm. Community felt safe. We enjoyed the shady carport as a workout space or toddler play space, surrounded by lush green landscaping and wind chimes. John & Arturo kindly said yes to our request for a 1 hour early check-in.

This was a beautiful oasis with plenty of room and amenities for a family stay. The exterior space was landscaped beautifully, and the pool and chairs made it an easy way to pass a week in the sun!
