Excelent, great! I could not be happier with the flat. Location is unbearable! Close, within walking distance from the main railroad station. Walking distance to all activities. The place is; totally new, modern and more. Very quiet, and with plenty of natural light. All furnatings are new, and modern. In our case, arrived early, and they have large lockers to store luggage until check in time. They also aloowed us to keep our luggage in the same storage until 19hrs when train was departing. They also allowed us to check out 1 hr later, no problems. Comunications is fast, prompt and extremely nice. The flat is close to the Barbacana castle, meeting point for all activities, including auschwitz. All, within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and there a large mall, within the main train station, where there a Carrefour to buy all needs. I will Def come back, and would love to stay longer. I recommend the place to all. Rent with no fear, you will not regret

The apartment is beautiful and cozy. Everything you could ever need is there and it’s also super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the skylights elevated the place. The communication with the Upstairs team was fantastic, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The area the apartment is in is also very nice, close to the train station that gets you from the Airport to the city and next to an amazing Indian restaurant. I would book again for sure when visiting Krakow in the future.

The hosts were very responsive and proactive. The place was clean. Although it was small it was nice and the best thing about it was the location. We could walk to the mall in 5 minutes and to Krakow Main station in 10 minutes. From there you could be at the airport in 25 minutes. The area was quiet and safe.

Super helpful prior and during stay. Making sure everything was good. Great location away from busy old town but 5min walk from Train station . Highly recommend this place Illl be back.

We spent 5 nights here and we can say that the apartment is very comfortable, clean and warm !) The location is perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance ) We are thankful to the owners for the constant communication !
